Candidate Referral Program
Option 1-
If a candidate is sent by the referring party to Trade Street Consulting, LLC, and
the candidate is hired by Trade Street Consulting, LLC for a project (contract position),
Trade Street Consulting, LLC will provide the referring party a referral fee of
$350.
Option 2-
If a candidate is sent by the referring party to Trade Street Consulting, LLC, and
the candidate is hired by Trade Street Consulting, LLC for a permanent position,
referring party will be paid a $500 referral fee. We provide certain guarantees
to our clients and must therefore make referring parties aware of certain stipulations.

Subject: Candidate Referral
In the body of the email: The name of your referral(s) and the referred candidate's
skill set, email and phone #. Additionally, please provide your phone and email
address.
For Option (1) above, the referred candidates must remain on the project for 30
days or longer for Trade Street Consulting, LLC to pay a referral fee.
For Option (2) above, the referred candidate must remain a permanent employee of
the end client for at least 90 days. If the referral fee has already been paid to
the referring party, and the referred candidate leaves the end client prior to 90
days, then the referring party must refund Trade Street Consulting, LLC the referral
fee within 15 days from the last day referred candidate worked at end client. There
are additional details that will be associated with the program, but the critical
information is discussed above.
