Job Description

The Centralized Schedulers provide excellent internal and external customer service while scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling a high volume of client appointments for multiple agency locations. The Centralized Schedulers respond to requests for health appointments in person or by phone, email, or electronic messaging. The schedule for this position is day schedule, Monday - Friday.
What we are looking for: The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have strong customer service skills and will enjoy assisting individuals. The successful candidate will be flexible, a strong multi-tasker, and work well under pressure.
Minimum Requirements
  • One year customer service experience.
  • One year experience working in a healthcare setting with scheduling functions and an understanding of HIPAA (client confidentiality).
