Job Description

Previous experience in customer service or manufacturing will help our candidates succeed in this job.  Candidates should also be able to communicate both via phone, in person, and in writing and should be comfortable with a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Customer service or call center experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and sales specialists to meet customer needs
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Possess strong organizational skills
  • Possess strong mechanical aptitude
  • High energy and self-directed - ability to work without close supervision
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to conduct live order entry
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft applications
  • Must be available to work 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday - Friday
  • Flexible to work overtime as needed
