Job Description

We are seeking someone for our Electronic Health Record Help Desk until about mid-February:
We need someone who has customer service experience and can use Excel and Word and is not afraid of technology; someone to manage the Help Desk (answering the phone and using Kbox helpdesk system for tickets) for a couple of months and maybe help with some other data entry. We can train the basics that they would need.
Great opportunity if you're flexible to do contract work.
