Fragrance Evaluator -- Perfume
Manage the business and creative relationship with company's international fragrance suppliers.
-Create strategic fragrance portfolios for various brands, customers and channels. Ensure these portfolios are delivered on time and within the consumer and business parameters identified.
-Competitive and customer analysis. Understand consumer behavior trends and customer fragrance positioning and incorporate into strategy.
-Trend forecasting, seasonal/core. Ensure that trend and competitive content is developed, shared and considered for cross functional initiatives
-Fragrance development, Consider and balance consumer experience with manufacturing process.
This includes olfactive quality, margin/cost drivers, manufacturing variables, wax, wick, etc.
-Work cross functionally with Marketing, Merchandising and Manufacturing, communicating timing / deliverables effectively.
-Reports to VP Marketing, or Director Marketing depending on level Director or Manager.
