Help Desk - Roanoke, VA
Great company looking for a IT Helpdesk Technician. This will be a full time direct hire opportunity.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar helpdesk environment.
- Enduser HelpDesk/LAN/PC/Printer support
- Knowledge of the Windows operating systems workstation and server.
- Experience with hardware components .
- Working knowledge of network environments
- Ability to diagnose PC problems and formulate working solutions.
- Ability to thoroughly document problems, resolutions, status and planning activities.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Experience in a similar helpdesk environment using helpdesk ticketing system
