Job Description

Great company looking for a IT Helpdesk Technician. This will be a full time direct hire opportunity. 


  • At least 3 years of experience in similar helpdesk environment.
  • Enduser HelpDesk/LAN/PC/Printer support
  • Knowledge of the Windows operating systems workstation and server.
  • Experience with hardware components .
  • Working knowledge of network environments
  • Ability to diagnose PC problems and formulate working solutions.
  • Ability to thoroughly document problems, resolutions, status and planning activities.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Experience in a similar helpdesk environment using helpdesk ticketing system
