Service Desk Technician / Tech Bar Support - Contract Role
  • Identify opportunities for continual improvement
  • Support tech bar schedule, events, manage loaner equipment program and operations
  • Install, configure and maintain personal computers, Windows networks, Apple workstations, file servers, network, network cabling and other related equipment, devices and systems
  • Adds, upgrades and configures disk drives, printers and related equipment
  • Experienced in dealing with high volume users
  • Apple Genius, previous Tech Bar, IT Help Desk experience a plus

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in technology operations experience
Excellent relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism
Have a background in tech support or customer service
Can communicate technical concepts in layman's terms
Share a passion for technology
Provide front-line customer support at the Tech Bar, including hardware and software troubleshooting and diagnosis.
Being a go-to person for technical knowledge
