Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:
  • Engaging scanning vendors and issuing POs for work; track expenses against purchase orders. Set expectations with the vendors for accurate and complete data
  • Ensuring a pre-check of the site is completed by Global Real Estate to resolve the following:
    • Seat Inventory Accuracy - The population of conditional and recognized seats in GREDL is accurate (remove any seats that are not accurate)
    • Seat Labeling Accuracy - All seats are properly labeled to match seat IDs in GREDL
    • Floor Plan Accuracy - Floor plans are up to date to leverage out of GREDL and/or any known updates that are Not in the associated floor plans yet to make note of
    • Active/Planned GRE Projects - Provide any additional color on refurbishments in the building which might affect scanning (if a floor is under construction, furniture is changing, floor vacant, etc.)
    • Local Access/Security Support - Building engineers (or other site support) will be available to help technicians access secured areas
    • Occupancy Accuracy - insight into floor level vacancy/occupancy (based upon which there may not be equipment setup for large sections of the floor to scan even if there are valid recognized seats)
  • Providing technicians with a scanning template in Excel of recognized/conditional seats as well as PDF floor plans
  • Overseeing scanning process with daily updates from local technicians; partner with local contacts to ensure proper building access as needed
  • Reviewing incoming scan data to ensure proper format and data accuracy
  • Identifying causes of data issues and suggest remediation steps
  • Submitting completed data set into the OIP Inventory Database
  • Providing weekly update of overall mapping progress
