Service Desk Technician/Tech Bar Support

  • Identify opportunities for continual improvement
  • Support tech bar schedule, events, manage loaner equipment program and operations
  • Improve overall service for end users
  • Experienced in dealing with high touch users such as Traders, CIO, and senior executives
  • Apple Genius, previous Tech Bar experience a plus


  • 5+ years of experience in technology operations experience
  • Excellent relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Have a background in tech support or customer service
  • Can communicate technical concepts in layman’s terms
  • Share a passion for technology
  • Provide frontline customer support at the Tech Bar, including hardware and software troubleshooting and diagnosis.
  • Being a go-to person for technical knowledge
